Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed on the next working day (Monday).
Delivery Times
• UK Orders: 2–3 working days
• International Orders:
• Standard shipping: 5–10 working days
Busy Periods & Delays
Please note that during busy restock periods, promotions, or sales, order processing times may be extended and can take up to 10 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control.
We appreciate your patience during these periods and will always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not have control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges and returned to us, a refund will be issued for the cost of the products only once the return is received and processed. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used beauty products.
If you wish to return an unopened and unused item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
